on the whole, it's comfortable base for having fun and exploring le mans. the rooms are comfy, plus there is an electric kettle, a fridge, and a microwave oven. the breakfast is simple, with a special cooked meal. the place is just next door to the garden.

Mind-blowingly welcoming family, traditional breakfast, great bathrooms, pet-friendly, and a fantastic garden for a pit stop. The hosts went above and beyond, accommodating our car and trying their best with our limited French. They even offered us an evening meal! The location was excellent, the bed was super comfy, and Marie was an absolute delight. Easy to find with on-site parking.

Lovely apartment with a family vibe and location in the middle of the city. Would like to come again, no reason to complain...

The only redeeming factor was the lovely garden where my dog could roam freely. The hosts were also very friendly and polite, making me feel welcome. the location was excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.

My experience at this accommodation was far from satisfactory. I was disappointed to find that the room I had booked as a family room with a private bathroom turned out to be a small room with a shared bathroom across the hallway.
